Justin is the Founder and CEO of MedSure Systems a first-of-its-kind comprehensive medication management system designed to alleviate the low med compliance challenge impacting 50% of all prescription drugs. Medication non-compliance leads to billions of wasted healthcare dollars and 200,000+ unnecessary deaths each year.

He is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for serving others and bringing companies to life that serve society. Prior to founding MedSure Systems, Justin was personally impacted by the opioid crisis when a sibling was a victim of addiction. Seeing first-hand the personal devastation, Justin conceived, designed and successfully developed a secure system to manage the proper use of critical life-saving drugs.

Justin previously served with Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon Company for 35 years where he held increasingly senior positions in critical national defense engineering, business development, and executive management assignments. He holds an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a Master’s Degree from USC, both in Electrical Engineering.

Joe is the Chief Operating Officer at MedSure Systems responsible for top-level oversight of administrative and operational functions of the business. With a focus on executing the company’s business plan, he ensures seamless day-to-day operations and drives strategic initiatives. With his exceptional leadership skills and unwavering commitment to operational excellence, Joe has played a pivotal role in driving MedSure’s success.

Joe previously served with UPS for over 30 years holding increasingly senior positions in operations, quality assurance, logistics and training. The results of his successful track record can be seen in his previous roles. He onboarded three automated facilities, resulting in $25 million annual savings. As a Training and Development Manager, he achieved a 100% corporate diversity goal and trained over 600 employees annually. In his role as a Logistics Engineering Manager, Joe implemented cost-effective warehouse systems, saving $2 million yearly.

Doug is the acting Chief Marketing Officer at MedSure Systems and a seasoned executive with C-suite experience in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100-sized enterprises. He served as 7-Eleven’s first CMO and has been CMO of the world’s largest durable medical equipment company as well as senior living enterprises.

Doug began his career in advertising and was Senior Vice President of J. Walter Thompson in New York. He is the recipient of six EFFIE Awards for marketing effectiveness and a Cannes Film Festival Gold Lion Winner for marketing promotion. He has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and trade publications for his promotional work: “One of the most innovative marketing campaigns ever created.” (Adweek)

He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and currently serves as a trustee on the US Naval Academy Foundation. He completed the Strategic Marketing Management program at Harvard Business School.

As Chief Medical Officer at MedSure Systems, Dr. Narmi offers valuable insight through his experience building multiple successful practices over the past 30+ years. Specializing in emergency medicine in the northeast, he has been awarded contracts to provide emergency services in four different hospitals which he covers with three different LLC’s that he created and managed. He uses the combination of his extensive medical and business expertise to advise on building startups from seed stage through significant revenue generation. Dr. Narmi is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Commonwealth Medical College in Scranton, PA.
