What if my medications change?
If there are changes to your medication, contact your Personal MedSure Coordinator.
How do I order more medicine?
Your medicine is automatically sent to you in the mail every month. If you have any questions or concerns, contact your Personal MedSure Coordinator.
How do I change my medicine dosage time?
To change or discuss your medicine dosage times, contact your Personal MedSure Coordinator.
What should I do if I miss a dose?
Contact your physician.
How can I view all notifications on my iPhone?
To view all current notifications in the Notification Center on your iPhone, do either of the following:
- On the Lock Screen: Swipe up from the middle of the screen.
- On other screens: Swipe down from the top center. Then you can scroll up to see older notifications, if there are any.
To close Notification Center, swipe up from the bottom with one finger or press the Home button (on an iPhone with a Home button).
How can I edit my Personal Information page on the app?
To change any of the information listed on your Personal Information page, contact your PMC by calling them within the app or at 1-800-239-0847
