Welcome to the MedSure Systems (“MedSure”) mobile application (“App”). The MedSure Apps are subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, available here https://medsuresystems.com/. Collection and use of individually identifiable personal information (“personal information”) through App is subject to this Privacy Policy.
About this Policy
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you how MedSure collects, uses, shares, and processes (“Uses”) your personal information collected through or related to the use of, the App.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with MedSure’s privacy practices, you may decide not to use the App. By using the App, you are agreeing to MedSure’s collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy, so you should review it from time to time. We update the Effective Date above when we update the Privacy Policy. The updated Privacy Policy will apply to actions related to personal information on and after the Effective Date.
MedSure processes personal information when it believes it has a legal basis to do so. MedSure determines the legal basis for use and processing of data based on the location of MedSure’s operations related to the App.
The majority of our operations are based in, and are directed at individuals located in, the United States of America. If you are located outside of the United States, be aware that information we collect will be transferred to, and processed, stored and used in the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may not be as protective as those of the country in which you are located, and your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, law enforcement, or other third parties in the United States according to laws of the United States.
Certain laws protect categories of individuals, like minors or residents of certain states, or types of information, like health information, and we comply with those laws when they apply to the MedSure App.
This Privacy Policy covers Use of identifiable information. This Privacy Policy does not cover information that has had all identifiers removed (“De-Identified”). MedSure may use De-Identified data as permitted by law, such as for MedSure operations, for research, or to develop new services or products. MedSure may also share De-Identified information with third parties, including researchers.

Personal Information You disclose to Us
MedSure collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to MedSure when you interact with the App, such as when you express an interest in obtaining information about MedSure or MedSure products and Services, when you use the App, or when you contact MedSure.
The personal information that MedSure collects depends on the context of your interactions with MedSure and the App, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information MedSure collect may include the following:
- Personal Information Provided by You.

All personal information that you provide to MedSure must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify MedSure of any changes to the information you have provided.

When you download, access, and use the App, we automatically collect:
- Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
- Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
- Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on Your device.
- We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services (behavioral tracking).
- In the course of providing our App’s service, we may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our App. These technologies are designed to recognize your device, remember user preferences, help us understand App usage patterns and ultimately help us enhance the App’s functionality.

MedSure Rights to Your Content
- As permitted by applicable law, except where we have otherwise explicitly agreed, we may also publish your name, voice, likeness and other personal information that is part of any content you generate yourself, such as words you submit through the App, and we may use the content, or any portion of the content, for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional activities without renumeration, or other obligation to you.
Consent to Text Messaging, Phone Calls, and E-mails
- By providing a phone number and/or email address to MedSure through a contact form or elsewhere on the App, you authorize MedSure and all of its independent contractors, business associates, agents and/or affiliates to contact you, including using autodialed calls, texts, robot calls, and artificial voices or prerecorded voices, at the telephone numbers you provided with regard to information about services, billing, collections and other account activities, and for advertisement and telemarketing purposes. You are not required to provide this consent and this consent is not a condition to purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Security of Data
- MedSure has implemented safeguards to protect your information. However, you understand that is not possible to guarantee that any transfer of information over text messaging or e-mail is 100% secure. As a result, MedSure cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information when it is sent via a text message or e-mail. By asking MedSure to transmit information to you through text messaging or e-mail, you accept the risk that the transmission is not secure, and that your information may be exposed to a third party.
Your State Privacy Rights
- State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding MedSure use of their personal information. The rights outlined in this section reflect our current understanding of these state consumer privacy laws. However, these are not exhaustive representations of all the rights you may have under such state consumer privacy laws. Privacy requirements are subject to change over time, and as these rights expand or as new requirements emerge, MedSure is committed to updating our Privacy Policy accordingly and remain in compliance with all applicable state laws.

MedSure intends to keep the App updated. However, there is no guarantee or warranty related to the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information published on the App or any website that links to or is linked from MedSure App. Neither MedSure nor any subsidiary or affiliate, nor any employee, owner, director, trustee, employee, or contractor shall be held liable for any losses caused by reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information. If you rely on any information obtained using this App you do so at your own risk. While we exert reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy and security of all information that is accessible, or accessed, through the App, you acknowledge that electronic information is susceptible to unauthorized access, and that such information may be used, disclosed, modified or corrupted without authorization or unintentionally.
