How to contact your Personal MedSure Coordinator

Step 1

You can call your Personal Medsure Coordinator from within the Medsure app.

From the home page, select the “Call” button on the bottom of the screen

Step 2

Select “Support Number” to call your Personal MedSure Coordinator

Step 3

Select the green “Call” button to confirm the call

Your phone should automatically dial your PMC

To call your PMC outside of the app, simply dial 1-800-239-0847
