How to reset a forgotten password

From the login page, select “Forgot Password?”

Step 2

Type in the email address associated with your MedSure Systems account

If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your PMC

Step 3

Select “Send reset link”

Step 4

Check your email for a message from us. Follow instructions in the email to complete the password reset process
