Program Consent and Terms of Service
We’re excited to help you simplify your daily medication routine!
By enrolling in our program, you accept these terms as a condition of using our services. While Medicare covers the medication services we provide, you will be responsible for any additional costs, if applicable.
Your consent allows MedSure Systems to:
- Obtain and share your healthcare information with your healthcare providers and pharmacy to validate your medication regimen.
- Provide med reminders & monitor your medication intake with your prescribed regimen.
MedSure partners with pharmacies, SelectRx and others, that offer strip packaging for consolidated medication intake. The pharmacy that will facilitate the transfer process of your prescriptions and deliver your medications to your home will be dependent on your insurance, specific prescriptions, cost and other factors. Our team will review this with you during the onboarding process.
We understand that some circumstances may necessitate patients to have one or more of their medications filled by their existing pharmacy.
To accommodate this:
- You consent to provide details of all medications being filled by your existing pharmacy to your Personal Medsure Coordinator (PMC) by contacting Medsure at 1-800-239-0847.
- You agree to communicate with your PMC to ensure all medications, regardless of the servicing pharmacy, are included in your MedSure medication schedule.
- In the event of a disruption in medication availability, you consent to allow MedSure to coordinate fulfillment by one of our other partner pharmacies or your local pharmacy.
You are responsible for informing MedSure of your current pharmacy and disclosing all medications, including those filled by your current pharmacy. It is your responsibility to follow your doctor’s instructions to ensure proper intake and minimize risks.
To minimize these risks, we recommend consolidating all your prescriptions to our partner pharmacy whenever possible. If you choose to use multiple pharmacies:
- It is your responsibility to share a complete list of all medications with each pharmacy and healthcare provider.
- Consult your doctor(s) to ensure there are no harmful drug interactions.
MedSure provides various communication options for medication intake confirmation, including texting, phone calls, and the MedSure Mobile App. While we ensure the safety and effectiveness of our services, you acknowledge there are inherent risks. MedSure validates medication intake and provides reminders, but the ultimate responsibility for adhering to your doctor’s instructions lies with you.
You may opt out of our services at any time for any reason. For questions or further clarification, please contact us at 1-800-239-0847.
Thank you for trusting MedSure Systems to help simplify your medication routine.
